Position Summary The
Sales Operations & CRM Coordinator
plays a central role in how revenue moves through AES. This position owns the day-to-day performance of our Salesforce CRM while serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Customer Service, and our ERP system (Global Shop Solutions – GSS).
This is a
hands‑on, high‑impact role
that combines CRM administration, sales operations, and customer order coordination. You will ensure our sales team has clean data, accurate quotes, real‑time order visibility, and reliable customer communication — while also helping shape how our CRM and ERP systems evolve together.

What You’ll Own
Serve as a primary Salesforce administrator for AES
Maintain accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and activities
Manage user access, roles, and permissions (as assigned)
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Inside Sales
Enforce data accuracy, naming standards, and completeness
Perform data audits, cleanups, and duplicate resolution
Provide first‑level Salesforce support to users
CRM Implementation & Improvement
Support Salesforce enhancements and new functionality
Gather and document business requirements
Configure workflows and validate solutions
Coordinate testing, UAT, and releases
Work with external Salesforce partners and internal teams
Document processes, field usage, and best practices
Act as the operational owner of Salesforce–GSS integration
Support Quote creation and updates
Identify data mismatches, failed syncs, and process gaps
Coordinate fixes with IT, ERP, or Salesforce partners
Support outside sales by tracking:\geg

Orders
Respond to customer inquiries about:

Order status
Delivery timing
Documentation
Ensure all customer interactions are logged in Salesforce
Order Status, Shipping & Documentation
Track orders through GSS and Salesforce
Gather and distribute:
Packing lists
Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Shipment confirmations and tracking
Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Logistics
Attach shipment documents to customer and order records
Data Governance & Reporting
Enforce CRM data standardsSupport accurate pipeline and sales reporting
Ensure alignment between CRM and ERP data
Training & Enablement
Provide daily guidance and best‑practice support
Create quick‑reference guides and training materials
What We’re Looking For Required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent vorbereiter)
3–6 years in CRM, sales operations, or customer operations
Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B or manufacturing environment
Strong organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification (or working toward it)
Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing
Familiarity with Global Shop Solutions (GSS) or similar
Experience with quoting, order management, or system integrations
