How you will make an impact As an Account Manager for our Sideline Store team, you will cultivate relationships with onsite “advocates” who promote their individualized websites using phone, email and remote conferencing tools.
Responsibilities Outbound calling and emailing to existing advocates.
Collaborating with advocates to drive incremental traffic and sales on their Sideline Store websites.
Assist customers with store redesigns and modification requests.
Leverage CRM to keep in touch with stakeholders and motivate them to promote online stores.
Answer all forms of customer communication including phone calls, emails and chats.
Update CRM with current contact info, interaction notes and follow‑ups.
Recognize leads for future sales and pass them along to Sales Professionals and Sales Management.
Work on special projects such as outbound calling campaigns.
Resolve complex problems effectively by separating key issues and generating multiple solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred キ experience with SAP.
Education & жат Experience
1–2 years inside outbound telesales/customer service experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Physical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods at a desk while making or receiving calls.
Focus and attention; often multitasking.
Office setting—open plan or cubicle with computer, headset and phone.
Team collaboration setting; calls often individual with frequent communication for updates, strategies and team goals.
