Field Sales Professional - Miami‑Dade, FL

Work Type: Full‑time Hybrid – Must live and travel 2‑5 days per week in the territory. Location: Miami‑Dade, FL 33144. Hours may vary based on customer needs; evenings and weekends may be required.
Travel Requirement: Primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory (2‑5+ days a week); occasional out‑of‑area overnight travel may be expected.
What You Will Do
Provide consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory, making their lives easier.
Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead‑generation campaigns.
Show resilience to rejection and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
Navigate the company’s CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
Utilize data‑driven business intelligence on prospects to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage your account list and travel on location within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
Education / Experience
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably sporting goods) OR coaching/sports‑related background.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Physical Requirements
Hybrid environment: home office, school, community, and event locations. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving will occur regularly.
