Work Type:

Full‑time hybrid – must live in the territory and travel 2‑5 days per week.

Compensation:

Base salary $55,000–$70,000 plus performance‑based incentives.

Location:

Long Island, NY. This is a hybrid role between a home office, schools, community, and event environments.

Work Hours:

Hours may vary based on customer needs; evenings and weekends may be required.

Travel Requirement:

Local travel to schools and organizations within the territory (2‑5+ days a week), with occasional out‑of‑area and overnight travel.

How You Will Make An Impact A Field Sales Professional is responsible for optimizing the full‑cycle sales process in the assigned territory and servicing our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide best‑in‑class, consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory and do everything possible to improve their daily workflow.

Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.

Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.

Handle rejection resiliently and turn challenges into opportunities.

Navigate the company’s CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.

Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.

Utilize data‑driven intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities.

Manage your account list and travel on location within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

High self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

Ability to cultivate a distraction‑free home‑office environment.

Education & Experience

3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports‑related background.

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Physical Requirements

Hybrid role with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving.
