The Opportunity We’re hiring a Sales Representative

to grow our

peptides

and

sterile creams

business lines by building referral relationships with:

Physicians & specialty practices

Medical spas / wellness clinics

Clinics already selling peptides

(we want to become their preferred in-house manufacturing partner)

Urology offices

(sterile cream options)

We compound peptides

in-house , offer a

wide catalog , and provide

competitive pricing —your job is to bring the right partners in and keep them happy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a referral territory

across physician practices, functional medicine, med spas, and clinics

Open new accounts

and expand existing relationships through consistent, professional follow-up

Educate providers and staff

on our peptide options, ordering process, turnaround times, and service standards

Build a pipeline through

in-person visits, networking, events, and strategic outreach

Collaborate internally with operations/pharmacist teams to ensure smooth onboarding and great customer experience

Track activity, opportunities, and account growth (CRM or structured reporting)

Identify market opportunities: competitive positioning, product demand, pricing feedback, and service improvements

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

You’ve built a strong weekly cadence of

in-person visits + outreach

You’re consistently opening new accounts

and moving opportunities through the pipeline

Providers describe you as

responsive, sharp, and relationship-driven

You can clearly communicate our value: in-house compounding, variety, pricing, and service

Qualifications Required

Proven sales experience (B2B, healthcare, pharma, med device, or adjacent)

Comfortable with

in-person relationship building

and outbound prospecting

Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service instinctsProfessional, trustworthy, and able to represent the pharmacy with confidence

Preferred (We’ll pay more for this)

Experience selling

peptides, compounded products, hormone optimization, med spa/wellness services, or sterile solutions

An established book of business

with providers/clinics in our target categories

Strong local network in

Palm Beach County / South Florida

healthcare and wellness community

Compensation & Growth

Base salary + commission

(structured for strong upside)
