As an
Account Coordinator – Media Activation , you will support account management and campaign execution for a portfolio of clients, primarily in the
consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail sectors . This role focuses on assisting with media planning, campaign monitoring, and client communication to ensure successful delivery and performance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and learn the fundamentals of digital media strategy while providing excellent service to clients.
You will be working with one of the largest U.S. retail organizations, supporting campaigns that reach millions of shoppers nationwide.
Job Title: Account Coordinator - Media Activation Location: Cincinnati or Chicago preferred, will consider remote Pay: $29.00/hr
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field (CPG or retail experience required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with data and basic Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Interest in digital media and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
Support Account Managers with client communications and status updates
Help prepare media plans and proposals under guidance
Track campaign pacing and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
Maintain organized documentation and timelines for multiple campaigns
