to support our executive team and ensure smooth account operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities Assist executives with daily account management tasks. Maintain accurate records and organize documents efficiently. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate workflow.
Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
