Marketing Coordinator
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000 per year
Overview We are seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to lead content creation, manage our social media presence, and assist in driving our organic growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be experienced in campaign development and execution across social channels, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy , including content creation, conversation management, and community engagement.
Build and execute marketing campaigns across social media
to include YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar
aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Must be comfortable with video and editing tools in order to publish content.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets
for use across digital and print channels.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to define KPIs , track performance, and provide actionable insights on campaign effectiveness.
Ensure all content is on-brand, high quality, and aligned
with company messaging and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism , or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in content creation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends , platforms, and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational , and interpersonal skills .
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across departments.
