Marketing Manager
role. This position will report directly to the Industrial Business Development Manager. Responsibilities
Develops, designs and executes a national marketing strategy that focuses on driving growth by identifying lead generation opportunities and creating integrated campaigns Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and traditional media Oversee the selection, coordination, and management of trade exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other industry events Reports monthly on campaign performance metrics, using internal and external measurement tools and resources to analyze, track and optimize both online and print advertising campaigns Analyzes market trends, customer insights and competitive data to play an active role in the company sales plan to promote and drive revenue Manages marketing budget, vendor relationships and partners Coordinates, develops and produces marketing communication projects and activities from direct response ads to email marketing and automation, and CRM vertical campaign management Engages in the development and execution of strategic marketing communications to efficiently support product launch campaigns, collaborating with various departments to define product roadmaps Builds awareness, preference and demand in target market segments for existing products Utilizes Salesforce & account engagement tools to cultivate and nurture relationships with leads and customers Collaborates and participates in marketing strategies and best practices with the North America Marketing team members Performs other duties as assigned Some travel may be required Required Skills / Experience
College degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications or other related study (3-5) years of relevant experience; knowledge of highly engineered and/or technical products preferred Strong experience developing marketing programs and supporting materials to generate and nurture sales leads while promoting the Company brand. Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites, Salesforce CRM and Wordpress required Strategic thinking ability, excellent people and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and large teams Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Proactive mind-set – anticipates issues and provides solutions Benefits & Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience Company subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401K with 3% Safe Harbor Contribution, Performance Bonus, 13 paid vacations days, 5 paid sick days and 12 paid holidays Growth opportunities are available Seniority level
