Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills Experience in team leadership, performance management, and workforce scheduling Familiarity with operational procedures, process improvement, and compliance standards Knowledge of security operations, risk management, and safety protocols Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, on-site work environment Relevant experience in security services or facility management is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Seniority level
