Overview:

The Customer Growth teamis seeking an Account Manager to support our High & Heavy customers, including global OEMs and dealer groups. In this role, you’ll manage strategic accounts across end-to-end logistics and shipping services, delivering integrated solutions spanning ocean transportation, inland logistics, EPCs, and CPCs. You’ll drive commercial growth by developing and executing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, leading tenders and pricing negotiations, and ensuring seamless onboarding. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll collaborate closely with operations and product teams to enhance customer experience, improve performance, and achieve growth and satisfaction targets. This role is a hybrid position based out of either our Brunswick or Savannah, GA office locations. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO Own commercial account management across logistics and shipping services

Develop and execute account plans aligned to volume growth, profitability, and strategic objectives

Identify and drive new business opportunities across Equipment Processing Centers, Container Processing Centers, and Ocean services

Lead tenders, pricing negotiations, and new program implementations

Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable internal improvements

Conduct competitive analysis to support account strategy

Drive initiative to improve customer experience, contribute to CSI, and performance targets

Oversee contract implementation, onboarding, and forecasting in coordination with internal teams

Ensure strong communication and alignment across commercial, operational, and product stakeholders

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in sales or operations within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or OEM/equipment industries

Commercial & Relationship Skills Proven ability to build and grow client relationships

Strong consultative selling, upselling, and negotiation skills

Experience closing deals, negotiating contracts, and driving profitable growth

Operational & Analytical Skills Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes

Familiar with TMS/WMS platforms, CRM tools, and dashboards

Strong analytical skills to assess costs, margins, and KPIs for strategic decision-making
