Overview As an Orkin Home Sales Inspector, you’ll protect homeowners’ most valuable asset by providing top‑not(rt) pest protection and delivering peace of mind. The role combines competitive drive with teamwork, offering opportunities for financial growth, leadership and community impact.
Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
Conduct_wallet yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Serve as an empathetic problem solver, using training to recommend innovative pest solutions.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and working assigned leads.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
Inspect interior and exterior of customers’ homes (attics to crawlspaces).
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company‑paid).
Ability to work independently in the field.
Physical Job Requirements
Use ladders within manufacturer weight limits.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing.
Wear PPE, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
Work in various weather conditions.
