The Associate Channel Manager plays a critical supporting role in managing and optimizing programming across all channels with a strong conseguir focus on Lowe’s and Tractor Supply. This role works closely with the full channel management team, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of channel programs, accurate communication, and timely resolution of channel partner needs. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing programs to maximize sales, profit and share goals, fostering superior working relationships cross‑functionally, and embodying ownership with internal stakeholders to deliver turnkey solutions for external customers.

What You Need to Know

Channel Planning and Strategic Support – drive development and execution of short‑ and long‑range channel plans to support the assigned channels’ strategic plan.Marketing Excellence – drive marketing support activities (line reviews, advertising and promotional execution efforts, literature, collateral and in‑store materials) ensuring they are on time, on spec, and within budget. Understands how to frame materials around customer mindset and identify and align core solutions for successful channel‑specific execution.

Promotions – maintain a calendar of promotional activity within the assigned channels and communicate promotional details.

In‑Store & Merchandising – support building effective in‑store POP materials and display merchandising programs, forecast display inventory, ensure program effectiveness and support new display development.

Communication – ensure superior communication cross‑functionally within Husqvarna and through the assigned channels.

Sales Support & Relationship Building – develop and maintain a superior working relationship with key individuals and groups within Husqvarna and the key accounts and customers. brevet

KPI Tracking – establish and drive process‑based activity execution, including KPI development, tracking and reporting to key stakeholders.

Vendor Management – manage current and establish new third‑party vendor solutions to optimize and augment channel marketing capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

2 to 4 years of marketing, sales, or channel management experience (OPE preferred).

Superior teamwork skills and proven ability to work cross‑functionally.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, and quickly adapt to changing situations.

Organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

A continuous improvement mindset, not accepting the status quo.
