Responsibilities / Position overview We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Market Access business, which helps pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies gain market access for their brands and thrive in the changing healthcare landscape. The Account Executive role is a critical part of our Client Engagement team and guides the quality execution of our client deliverables. As an Account Executive, you will guide the day-to-day activities of the account by managing details of tactical plan implementation, interfacing with clients, and communicating client expectations with internal team members. In this role, you are expected to continually work to advance your market access knowledge.

Day to day responsibilities include:

Work with copywriter/medical writer to delivery an accurate and detailed copy outline

Review creative work for accuracy

Develop project briefs for new projects

Assist with the development of deliverable content

Conduct desk research and provide accurate information for creation of new deliverables

Actively engage with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service

Lead client status meetings and provide accurate and timely client reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Advertising or related field

2 years of experience in a fast‑paced agency environment

Demonstrated experience and success in working with cross‑functional agency teams

High motivation, good work ethic, professional maturity and personal initiative

Employees in this role can expect to be paid a salary between $65,000-$80,000. The salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors.
