Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Inside Sales Representative role based in Oceanside, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong client relationships, supporting customer accounts and addressing sales inquiries. The role involves providing product information, preparing quotes, processing orders, collaborating with the team to meet client needs and ensuring timely delivery of services. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals are required.
Qualifications
Strong communication, customer service and relationship‑building skills
Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and order processing systems
Understanding of fasteners, electronic or electro‑mechanical components, or willingness to learn
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience with Managed Inventory Programs is a plus
Problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
