TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long‑term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You TOE report to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain unsett store environment.
Plan and execute daily store operations.
Work towards company standards and goals.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high‑end service within a strong lifestyle brand.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience working towards sales targets and company standards.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Passionate about style, communication, and storytelling, with a strong interest in people and customer experience.
Structured, well‑organized, and solution‑focused, with an agile and open mindset.
Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work evenings and weekends.
This is a full‑time position based at TOTEME‘s Melrose Avenue store with an immediate start. The hourly salary for this role ranges between $20‑25/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia. As a member of our dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative team, you will take part in exciting调用 projects and milestones, evolving within your role Residents ' contributing to the company’s growth.
