Large Format Operator 1st Shift (Direct Hire)
A growing company is seeking a Large Format Operator for a 1st shift, direct-hire position. The ideal candidate will have recent print experience and some familiarity with Zund cutting. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Type: Direct Hire Pay Range: $21-$27 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Job Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain large-format printing equipment Operate EFI UV and HP Latex printers Prepare and finish graphics, including cutting, weeding, laminating, and sewing Assist with Zund cutting and some Dye sublimation experience Perform graphic installations on vehicles, windows, walls, and other substrates (on-site and at client locations) Ensure quality control throughout production and installation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications
