Order Entry Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional post-sale support. You'll act as a key liaison between sales, fulfillment, and customers to guarantee timely and efficient order handling. Key responsibilities include: Processing 20+ orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in ERP systems (MAS/AX). Collaborating with sales, finance, and fulfillment teams to resolve order-related issues. Communicating proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely shipping. Providing product and pricing information via email. Monitoring priority orders to ensure smooth fulfillment. Serving as the primary point of contact for non-technical post-sale inquiries. Maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication and problem-solving. Managing the full order cycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential skills include: Proficiency in order entry, data entry, and Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP and CRM systems (MAS, Microsoft AX, Salesforce.com). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills. Ability to learn quickly and deliver high-quality work. Job type and location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
