Operational Readiness Specialist I
to join our team in
Fort Meade, MD.
At MANTECH, you’ll help protect national security while supporting some of the most critical missions in defense and intelligence. In this role, you will ensure mission readiness through effective personnel coordination, document accountability, resource management, and seamless operational support to Joint Task Force leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage alert rosters, manning schedules, and resource allocation to maximize operational readiness.
Oversee document control, accountability, and reporting to support leadership decisions.
Provide scheduling, meeting facilitation, and communications support across the Command.
Coordinate recruiting activities, applicant management, and Command event support.
Support supply logistics, including requirements coordination, ordering, and distribution.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or 4+ years of administrative, coordinator experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with DoD organizations.
Additional 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Clearance Requirements
Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
Capable of clear communication in person, via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
Occasional movement within the office to access files, equipment, or engage with team members.
The projected compensation range for this position is $56,900.00-$94,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
