Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with finance/ops for quoting, invoicing, and fulfillment. Maintain Salesforce hygiene: data entry, custom field updates (e.g., vertical tagging), and reporting dashboards. Qualify inbound inquiries and hand off warm leads to Solutions Sales Managers with detailed notes. Track team metrics (lead conversion, order accuracy) and suggest process improvements.
