Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams 3+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment ~ Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales ~ Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects ~ This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $140,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
