What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary analytical partner to the Marketing and Content teams, embedding data-driven insights into their workflows

Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports focused on core marketing KPIs

Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses on marketing performance data

Analyze user data to map end-to-end customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities

Collaborate with Marketing and BI teams to support marketing forecasting and budget planning initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Insights role

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CPA, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates

Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools (Lookerstudio, Domo)

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills

Strong project management and leadership abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a B2C, media, or subscription-based digital business

Known for strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

Familiarity with A/B testing and synthesizing learnings into best practices
