$101,900 – $176,100 (varies based on geographic location in accordance with company policy)

Role Overview:

The Senior Associate will help lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs focused on Solution Order and Professional Services Automation (PSA) capabilities. This role is part of a fast-growing advisory function delivering end-to-end transformation for hybrid business models that combine products, services, and subscriptions. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery to design, configure, and optimize solution order orchestration, subscription billing, service contracts, and PSA, while contributing to program methodology and reusable assets.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery:

Execute assigned Solution Order and PSA workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformations (Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, PSA); support lifecycle activities (discover, design, build, test, cutover, hypercare). Big 4 Consulting experience implementing S/4 Hana.

Process & Configuration:

Support mapping, design, and configuration of hybrid processes (bundled offerings, fixed/usage billing plans, revenue recognition) aligned to program standards.

Quality & Governance:

Deliver tasks on time; contribute to ERP optimization, data integrity, and compliance.

Assets & Innovation:

Help develop high quality deliverables, methods, and internal knowledge sharing for hybrid business models in Solution Order and PSA.

Discovery Support:

Document current state processes, gather requirements, and contribute to future state architecture for solution order orchestration and professional services delivery.

Business Development:

Assist in proposals, solution design, and client presentations aligning capabilities to transformation objectives.

Team Enablement:

Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members across Solution Order and PSA engagements.

Professional Conduct:

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

Consulting Background: Minimum 3 years of recent external management consulting experience focused on hybrid business model transformation; at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in Solution Order Management and/or PSA.

SAP Scope Experience: Supported at least one full lifecycle implementation in Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, and PSA, with integration exposure to Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery.

Delivery Execution: Experience contributing across phases (planning, design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare), assisting with issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Sales, Finance, or related field from an accredited college/university.

Hybrid Business Expertise: Demonstrated ability to support process innovation and apply SAP digital tools for Solution Order, Subscription Billing, and PSA.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
