Responsibilities Customer Service:
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance:
Daily walk of the property, including cleaning units and the facility.
Open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and general upkeep.
Ensure a clean and safe storage environment that meets company guidelines (restrooms, landscaping, parking, fences, walls, doors).

Qualifications
Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday.
Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder.
Compensation:
$17.09‑18.52 per hour, depending on experience.
*Some locations may require Sunday hours.
