self-driven, experienced Construction Superintendent
to join their team.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily jobsite operations, overseeing subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings, codes, and quality standards Serve as the primary onsite liaison between project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, owners, and clients Maintain daily reports and documentation; monitor progress and proactively communicate delays or concerns Assist project managers with cost control, change tracking, and issue resolution Identify risks or conflicts that may impact schedule, budget, or quality and implement corrective strategies Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards; conduct jobsite safety meetings and routine inspections
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent Healthcare construction experience
preferred Proficiency with construction/project management software Experience developing and managing schedules xsgimln using
Microsoft Project OSHA 30 certification
required Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$110,000 – $140,000 Annual bonus opportunity Company vehicle BCBS medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO & paid holidays
