Overview POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Content Producer manages the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video projects supporting Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Social Media, In-Store Experience, and eCommerce channels. This role ensures projects move from intake to final delivery smoothly, managing timelines, budgets, communication, and cross-functional alignment. The Senior Content Producer will develop competency across both mediums and play a key role in supporting Marks’ transition to a unified multimedia studio, including adoption of emerging formats and AI-driven content creation workflows to future-proof the studio’s capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for project intake, briefs, timelines, and delivery.

Manage production for both photo and video projects across Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Social Media, In-Store Experience, and eCommerce.

Build and manage project schedules, shot lists, call sheets, estimates, and budgets.

Coordinate pre-production tasks: samples, styling, props, set needs, talent, locations, and gear requirements.

Collaborate with Content Creators/Coordinators to manage workload, provide direction, uphold quality/creative standards, and workflow optimizations; may include supervisory responsibilities.

Track and manage production budgets, usage, and variable spend across content categories.

Secure and coordinate gear rentals, supplemental crew, studio resources, or vendors as needed.

Manage on-set logistics to ensure smooth execution of both photo and video capture.

Oversee asset handoff, metadata accuracy, and delivery.

Maintain calendars, project trackers, and production readiness across teams.

Develop competency across photo and video workflows to support a unified multimedia studio.

Participate in AI and workflow-innovation efforts, contributing production insight for testing and optimization, as well as integration of emerging formats and AI-driven content creation tools.

Support processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of the studio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Design, Marketing, Production, or related field.

6+ years production experience across photo and/or video environments.

1+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect).

Prior managerial/supervisory experience.

Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced studio.

Working knowledge of production budgets, logistics, coordination, and talent management.

Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative.

Physical Aspects/Work Environment Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see. Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,000 USD - 85,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
