We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer
to join our team in a
100% remote
position. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce development, strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom solutions, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using
Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and DML operations .
Build and customize
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
and
Flows .
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and participate in peer reviews.
Debug and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with team members in an
Agile/Scrum environment .
Assist in QA testing efforts and mentor junior team members or interns.
Work on deployments using tools such as
Change Sets ,
ANT Migration Tool , and
SFDX CLI .
Maintain version control using
Git
or
Bitbucket .
Must-Have Requirements
Salesforce Development :
2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce platform.
Working knowledge of
Sales Cloud
and/or
Service Cloud .
Experience with
Apex ,
SOQL ,
DML ,
LWC , and
Flows .
Understanding of Salesforce
data model ,
security , and
sharing rules .
Familiarity with
Salesforce APIs
and basic integration concepts.
Development Practices :
Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Ability to follow coding standards and participate in peer reviews.
Certifications :
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
certification is mandatory.
DevOps & Deployment Exposure :
Familiarity with
Git
or
Bitbucket .
Basic understanding of deployment tools ( Change Sets ,
ANT Migration Tool ,
SFDX CLI ).
