Recruitment stages: HR screen, technical meeting with PM, and final meeting with the customer
Project scope:
Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows
Creating, updating and maintaining Salesforce Flows, both independently and with guidance from senior team members
Working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud to deliver business value
Writing efficient SOQL queries and performing DML operations
Supporting debugging, troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing solutions
Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, peer code reviews, and collaborative design sessions
Supporting QA activities, including assisting with testing and validation
Actively learning Salesforce best practices and growing under mentorship
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform
Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Practical experience with:
Apex classes and triggers
SOQL and DML operations
Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Basic knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration concepts
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
certificate - mandatory
Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Ability to follow coding standards and actively participate in peer reviews
Good communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
Openness to support QA testing and knowledge-sharing activities
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket
Basic understanding of Salesforce deployment tools:
Change Sets
ANT Migration Tool
SFDX CLI
Nice to have
Exposure to Salesforce bots or MIAW
Experience working with Jira, Confluence or Google Docs
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Interest in learning DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
Willingness to mentor interns or further support QA testing efforts
