Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing (US – tied to Portsmouth, NH or Wayne, PA)

Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing , you’ll play a key role in advancing Optune Gio by shaping and executing healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies that drive growth, deepen engagement, and ultimately improve outcomes for patients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO As part of the
CNS US Marketing team , you will:
Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies and tactics to support the growth of Optune Gio across key customer segments
Bring the brand platform to life through clear positioning, targeting, messaging, and integrated campaigns
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Digital Marketing, Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, Legal, and other teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective execution
Lead HCP-facing tools and programs, including closed-loop marketing and non-personal promotion, in collaboration with Digital Marketing
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, supporting advocacy, insights generation, and peer-to-peer engagement
Translate market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback into actionable strategy and measurement through KPIs
Mentor and support peers within HCP Marketing, fostering collaboration, growth, and a strong team culture

Experience developing and executing product or brand marketing strategies within the healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives from strategy through execution
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
Comfort working independently in a remote environment while staying highly connected to stakeholders
These additional qualifications are preferred
Experience in oncology, neurology, medical devices, or pharmaceutical marketing
Experience engaging healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders through educational and promotional programs
Familiarity with closed-loop marketing tools, CRM platforms, and performance measurement
A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring others and continuous improvement
WHAT WE OFFER The annual base salary ranges from
[$132,000 to $200,000] .
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
