
Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing – CNS Cancers

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the Director, Global Marketing CNS Cancers in preparation for the global launch in brain metastases for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
Help lead the development and execution of the global launch plan, including launch sequencing, readiness milestones, and cross-functional alignment
Develop global positioning, messaging, value propositions, and launch templates for regional and local markets
Lead development of the core global marketing campaign and creative assets for the brain metastases indication
Partner closely with the Global Core Launch Team and collaborate with Regional Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Experience, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams
Track competitive intelligence and assess emerging therapies in the brain metastases landscape
Guide regional and local markets to ensure consistency in branding and communications
Share best practices across regions and support global-to-local execution
Participate in strategic and business planning for current and future CNS indications
Apply creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex business challenges
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in in-line product marketing or global marketing, preferably in oncology
Strong understanding of healthcare product marketing regulations and processes
Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix environment
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and anticipate challenges in a fast-paced environment
These additional qualifications are preferred:
Experience supporting global oncology product launches
Experience working with regional and country marketing teams
WHAT WE OFFER The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $132,000- 221,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.

Employees are asked to be in the office an average of three days per week, with the flexibility to choose which days’ work best for them.
