Account Director

to join our Brand Integration team. You are someone who doesn't just follow trends—you anticipate them. You’ve spent years building a network across in‑house marketing teams, PR powerhouses, and entertainment studios. This isn't a role for a passive manager; it’s for a creative strategist and a closer. You understand that in 2026, a brand partnership isn't just a logo on a screen; it’s a cultural moment that bridges entertainment and corporate objectives through brand and marketing campaigns that actually move the needle. You have an opinion, a voice, and the ability to see the forest beyond the trees to lead a truly integrated team. The Role:

Strategic Sales & Sponsorship Leadership:

Own the partnership strategy for a diverse roster of 6–8 corporate and non‑profit clients. You are responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high‑value sponsorship opportunities. Deal Making & Negotiation:

Lead the outreach, negotiation, and contracting for high‑impact media partnerships and six‑figure branded content integrations. Integrated Execution:

Partner with our internal PR, Social, and Talent teams to ensure brand stories are cohesive across every channel, ensuring that what was sold is delivered with excellence. Media Innovation:

Concept and execute out‑of‑the‑box content ideas, moving beyond standard media buys to create genuine cultural moments that brands are eager to fund. Mentorship:

Directly manage and empower junior staff, fostering a culture of high performance, sales discipline, and industry expertise. Account Health:

Oversee the brass tacks of account management, from budget tracking and contract management to efficient client communication. Growth:

Lead new business pitches, draft compelling proposals, and constantly surface new revenue opportunities for existing clients. Who You Are:

An Experienced Seller:

You have 8+ years in brand sponsorship, entertainment marketing, or business development A Proven Closer:

You have a documented track record of sales success, specifically in securing and executing six‑figure+ sponsorships and partnerships. High EQ:

You possess an elite level of situational awareness. You can command a room of C‑suite executives, read the room during a negotiation, and pivot your sales pitch in real‑time. Trend‑Obsessed:

You have a pulse on consumer behavior, the influencer landscape, and the shifting dynamics of studios and streaming services. Sales‑Minded & Agile:

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where hit‑rates and revenue targets are part of the thrill. You manage multiple complex projects without breaking a sweat. Relationship Driven:

You understand that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co‑workers, partners, and clients—prioritizing trust and integrity in every transaction. Nice‑to‑Haves

A background in TV/Film integrations and direct relationships with studios. Experience managing production companies for large‑scale events. Familiarity with marketing/sales databases like Winmo and the nuances of IOs/Media Agreements. Benefits x Perks
