Senior Account Director

to join our Brand Integration team. The ideal person for this role is someone who has developed deep relationships with in-house marketing and PR teams across a variety of verticals, as well as sponsorship sales teams in the entertainment industry—from pop culture events to studios and networks.

This is a role for a creative strategist and a closer to develop truly integrated campaigns. You possess a creative and inventive voice, a pulse on the latest brand marketing trends, and the ability to manage a high-performing integrated team. You consider yourself an expert in developing out-of-the-box partnership ideas and spotting the trends that others miss.

The Role:

Sales & Partnerships

Lead brand integration and sponsorship strategy for various corporate and non-profit client teams. You are responsible for identifying and closing marketing partnerships for clients and regularly bringing brand introductions to the table.

High-Stakes Partnership Strategy:

Direct strategies for multi-media deals, content development, and high-level reviews. You ensure that brand integrations are deeply woven into the agency’s 360-degree client strategies.

New Business Leadership:

Lead new business meetings and create sophisticated proposals.

Campaign Oversight:

Plan and manage brand marketing and partnership strategy for product launches and large-scale activations. You oversee entertainment integrations and media partnerships for a full roster of 6–8 clients.

Integrated Collaboration:

Partner with senior leaders across PR, Talent, and Social Media teams to ensure brand stories are cohesive across every channel.

Mentorship and Culture:

Train and mentor junior staff on the inner workings of brand integration and overall work approach. We believe in building A-level performers, and your leadership is vital to this mission.

Account Stewardship:

Oversee the administrative health of your account group. You manage high-level budget trackers, status reports, and efficient client communication with total precision.

Relationship Driven:

You understand that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co‑workers, partners, and clients—prioritizing trust and integrity in every interaction.

Who You Are:

An Experienced Leader:

You have 9+ years of experience in brand integration, partnership marketing, or sponsorship sales

A Master Communicator:

You are a persuasive, concise writer and a confident speaker who can command a room of C‑suite executives and sell a strategic vision.

High EQ:

You possess an elite level of situational awareness. You have the executive presence to act as a lead counselor and the judgment to navigate complex, stressful situations with thoughtful counsel.

Trend-Obsessed:

You have a deep understanding of the rapid pace of consumer behavior, the influencer landscape, and the shifting dynamics of studios and streaming services.

Organized and Agile:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability and strong decision‑making abilities.

Mission‑Driven:

You take genuine pride in over‑delivering and are energized by work that combines entertainment with social good.

Nice‑to‑Haves

A documented track record of securing and executing six‑figure ++ sponsorships.

Direct relationships with studios, networks, and streaming services for paid integrations.

Experience working with corporate clients and managing teams across multiple locations (LA, NY, DC, etc.).

Familiarity with marketing databases and research tools like WINMO.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
