What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Actively prospect for new business opportunities with new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
Manage a portfolio of major accounts, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure and renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, specifically in selling complex, enterprise software
Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based approach
Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes and managing full-cycle deals
Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Deep understanding of AI and its applications in improving legal department operations
Experience in developing and executing account plans that contribute to sales strategy
