What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Administer the calculation and distribution of sales commissions for sales employees
Interact with sales staff to resolve payment issues and explain commission details
Manage Life Insurance commissions, including tracking debt and payments to downlines
Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on complex project components
Evaluate and analyze variable factors to address moderately complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Mathematics
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large datasets
Hands‑on experience with TSQL or other database query languages
Proficient in MS Access and/or MS Excel
Direct experience with commission statements, calculations, and audits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SQL
Familiarity with commission tools such as Kizen, Varicent, REM, or similar platforms
