Overview Associate Sales Representative - Full Line (Albany, NY)

As a Full Line Associate Sales Representative, you will support the Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine Sales team within an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, demo inventory setup, and customer in-service. Other responsibilities may include transporting customer inventory between accounts and covering surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts. You will study technical information and surgical procedures in our Orthopaedics product portfolio specializing in solutions for internal and external fixation to restore the function of the injured body part(s) quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Support a 24/7 call rotation within the team.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain product equipment.

Set up demo inventory and conduct in-service training for surgeons and hospital personnel.

Transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts.

Study technical information and surgical procedures in the Orthopaedics product portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum two years sales experience.

Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products or as an EMS/Paramedic.

Proven track record selling or converting business at the surgeon or hospital level preferred.

Experience leading or mentoring team members.

Travel Requirements Within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences.

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range is $80-120,000 USD annually. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on performance.
