What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect, pitch, and close advertising opportunities with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries
Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships with existing clients
Coordinate collaboration across internal teams to optimize fill rates for digital and print advertising
Engage with editorial teams to align offerings with current healthcare trends and support lead generation
Monitor market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for Amplity’s medical communication solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical communications, publishing advertising sales, or pharmaceutical marketing
Proven track record of success in selling digital and print advertising or similar promotional solutions
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to exceed revenue targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital advertising metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with healthcare clients, particularly in Oncology
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sales cycle and client personas in Medical, Marketing, and Market Access
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions
Strategic thinker with the ability to align solutions with client business objectives
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
