What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage national outside sales and technical responsibilities for the employer's Telecom product line
Drive revenue through customer education and technical expertise
Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to agents
Track opportunities and activities using Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred, with a focus on technical discipline
Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience in the telecom industry
Experience managing or strategically working with third-party rep agencies
Ability to travel 60% of the time and work remotely from a home office
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Salesforce.com
Proven ability to analyze industry trends and launch new products
High level of organizational and time management skills
