What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage national outside sales and technical responsibilities for the employer's telecom product line
Drive revenue through customer education and product promotion, influencing end-user specifications
Maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing agreements
Provide technical support and training on the employer's products to agents and clients
Analyze industry trends and participate in conferences to promote the employer's solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred, particularly in a technical discipline
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the electrical products sector, specifically in telecommunications
Experience managing or collaborating with third-party rep agencies is highly preferred
Ability to work independently from a home office and travel extensively
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills along with proficiency in Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in selling electrical products specifically for the telecom industry
Proven track record of closing strategic opportunities and managing customer relationships
Familiarity with market dynamics and competitive feedback analysis
