Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Account Executive to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth for our product portfolio across multiple stakeholders and buyers. You will effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of our offerings, coordinate the customer buying process, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term retention. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and strategic account sales plans involving multiple stakeholders and buyers to grow assigned products. Effectively deploy clinically relevant product features, benefits, and economic justification to define the value of our offerings. Coordinate decision makers and influencers across the customer buying process to secure contractual purchase agreements. Attain or exceed overall sales plan for the DS product portfolio, including Manual Microbiology, Blood Culture, TB, ID/AST, and Molecular Diagnostics. Manage the sales process across clinical laboratory, infectious disease clinicians, pharmacy, value analysis, and hospital administration. Create demand, deliver product information and demonstrations, and orchestrate new customer acquisition strategies. Develop account strategies and close accounts within the assigned territory using a coordinated team selling model. Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, biological areas, business, or a related field is required. A degree in Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or Microbiology is preferred. Experience
Minimum 3 years of documented top 20% sales success in a broad range of laboratory products, with at least 1 year of clinical laboratory and/or hospital sales experience.
