What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations
Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and more
Collaborate effectively with team members in a sales‑driven environment
Manage desk priorities while delivering timely and customer‑focused outcomes
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with eligibility to hold a full license in your resident state and 48 non‑resident states
Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
