What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Take inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
Consult on small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
Manage desk effectively to deliver timely outcomes to customers with a customer-focused approach
Operate in a high-performing sales culture and contribute to team success
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with the ability to hold a full license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states
Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
