What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations

Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto

Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-performance sales environment

Manage desk efficiently while ensuring timely outcomes for customers

Deliver excellent service with a customer-focused approach, tailoring insurance solutions to each business owner's needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required

Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
