What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations
Consult on small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds
Collaborate effectively with a high‑performing sales team to achieve sales goals
Manage desk operations while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with eligibility to hold a full license in the resident state and 48 non‑resident states
Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
