What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation
Consult on various small business insurance coverages including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto
Collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing sales team
Manage desk and deliver timely outcomes to customers with a customer-focused approach
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
