Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
Consult on small business lines coverage including Business Owner’s Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
Deliver timely outcomes to customers while managing desk priorities effectively
Operate with a customer‑focused approach, providing tailored insurance solutions
Qualifications
Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage time and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Competitive nature and strong desire to win
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in a high‑performing sales environment
