What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants, and providing coverage consultations to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines of coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

Manage desk operations while delivering timely outcomes to customers

Maintain a customer‑focused approach to provide tailored insurance solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty license required

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment
