REPORTS TO:

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS:

Credit Union Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process ATM/debit card applications and Visa credit card applications.

Review and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly ATM/debit card reports.

Process ATM/debit card dispute forms within compliant timeline.

Perform card research, adjustments, and charge-offs.

Perform setup and maintenance for ACH originations.

Respond to subpoenas and levies.

Perform account research.

Research and investigate account and check fraud.

Perform daily functions pertaining to FedLine.

Process email requests daily.

Process members’ telephone and online transaction and research requests daily.

Participates in training and continuing education to maintain proficiency with laws and regulations affecting financial institutions.

Communicate with COO concerning daily operations to ensure compliance with Credit Union policy and procedures.

Perform duties in a backup capacity: Process daily ACH Unposted Listing report and daily Unposted Share Draft report.

Perform duties in a backup capacity: Teller and MSR tasks.

Perform other duties as requested by Management.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Three to five years in the Credit Union industry OR any combination of education, training, and experience that will provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Must possess the ability to take initiative and demonstrate dedication and conscientiousness toward responsibilities.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS:

Ability to define problems and propose solutions.

Strong attention to detail and strong organizational/time-management skills.

Ability to effectively complete multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.

Ability to work independently and/or in teams under limited supervision.

Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally.

Strong interpersonal skills evidenced in both verbal and written communications as well as excellent listening skills.

Business writing skills and experience.

Fundamental knowledge of general credit union principles, philosophies, and operations.

Experienced PC user with skill in the use of Windows, Word, Excel, and/or other computerized tools that may be utilized on a regular basis.
