Join to apply for the Producer, Digital and Social Content role at Hibbett . Responsibilities Schedules, coordinates, and executes photo shoots for tiered and non-tiered products. Selects, tracks, and pulls products. Coordinates with appropriate contacts across all areas. Collaborates with vendors and internal departments to create content for major marketing and business campaigns. Organizes and executes photo shoots including location, model scouting, and selection. Secures locations, models, and photographers. Ensures successful execution and delivery of assets for use in marketing. Researches and stays knowledgeable on marketing trends and new technologies. Identifies opportunities for growth and improvements continuously. Assists in developing content creation workforce strategy with Manager. Assists other content production team members with coordination of photo shoots as needed (vendor‑paid theme shoots, seasonal marketing campaign shoots, heritage month shoots, co‑op, holidays, events, etc.). Additional responsibilities and tasks as needed. Ensures products are shot, edited, and delivered on time and on budget; seeks vendor satisfaction. Travels up to 50% of the time. On call duties: after hours and weekends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of related experience. Experience working for a retail company, preferred. Experience in videography, photography, and video editing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom and Photoshop. Understanding of using cameras in manual mode. Understanding of lighting/flash photography and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of copyright laws around content distribution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to protect company assets and information; ensures internal control procedures.
