Responsibilities

Lead internal and externalsales teams to maximize company revenue and ensure policies and proceduresare followed. Conduct internal weeklysales meetings to ensure accountabilities are met on a timely basis. Manage Outside Sales RepOrganizations Create monthly salesreporting for external sales teams, and work with rep groups to ensuresales objectives are met. Work with President todetermine company strategy/sales objectives/budgets quarterly, andannually, and execute according to the sales plans. Work with Leadership teamto create operational efficiencies, process improvement. Oversee the CustomerService team to ensure that customers achieve excellent customerexperience with the company. Set sales programs,identify show specials, promotions consistent with company objectives. Regularly review inventoryand align sales plans, promotions to ensure inventory remains at optimumlevels to avoid stockouts/overstocks. Manage Key Mass Merchant, Distributoraccounts Buy Group, conduct line reviews, and create relationships withcustomers. Analyze Sales Trends in thefirearms industry, with a focus on Big Picture, and the Hunting marketniche. Participate in new productdesign, sales, and marketing Monitor order flow,bookings and invoiced sales on a daily basis. Oversee administration oftradeshow logistics by staff for buy group and distributor shows. Travel as necessary toindustry events, customer locations, and tradeshows. Ensure FFL complianceprocesses are followed for any travel related transportation of firearms. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years industryexperience in the firearms business. Knowledge of MS Officeprograms, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Advanced Excelskills including knowledge of Power Query, Pivot Tables is required. Knowledge/Experience withERP systems.Experience with SAGE100 preferred. Willingness to travel asneeded for customer visits, tradeshows, industry events.
