The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Public Works should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on DSA-regulated school projects (K-12 or higher education).
- Knowledge of healthcare/OSHPD projects is a plus.
- Expertise in ground-up building and construction and occupied building environments.
- Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, MEP systems, and trade sequencing.
- Ability to use scheduling tools and manage BIM-based coordination.
- Los Angeles building experience preferred.
- Above market average pay (140,000-200,000 base)
